Leonard Bessellieu, CEO & Founder
Leonard Bessellieu is a 21-year U.S. Navy veteran who has served in mechanical, security, and equal opportunity roles across multiple assignments. His experience includes maintaining mission-critical equipment, supporting command climate and equal opportunity efforts, and leading diverse teams in demanding environments.
After retiring from the Navy, Leonard founded Civic Solutions Group LLC to continue serving—this time by helping government agencies and their partners source what they need more effectively. He brings a hands-on understanding of how decisions made in offices affect people on the ground, and he applies that perspective to every requirement Civic
